This Design-Build project for Comcast Wholesale’s downtown office included construction on two office suites — totaling 14,000-square-feet of tenant improvement work. The project is located on the 5th floor of an occupied building. The new space includes a technology demonstration center, along with office and administrative space for regional personnel.
