The scope of work for this 100-acre center involved extensive site development and placement of the infrastructure. Retailer buildings include Colorado’s first Super Target, Petsmart, Michaels, Office Max, TJ Maxx and 2 retail strip buildings.
The front treatment of these buildings is a mixture of stone, EIFS and sloped, standing seam roof canopies along with back lighting.
