Superior Town Center

Creating a regional retail destination through comprehensive site development and strategic tenant integration.

This 100-acre retail center was developed to create a major commercial destination serving both the surrounding community and the broader region. The project required extensive site development and infrastructure installation to transform the property into a fully integrated retail environment capable of supporting multiple national retailers and future growth.

The development includes a diverse mix of anchor tenants and retail spaces, highlighted by Colorado’s first Super Target. Additional retailers include PetSmart, Michaels, OfficeMax, TJ Maxx, and two multi-tenant retail strip buildings, creating a destination that offers a broad range of shopping and service options for consumers.

A significant portion of the project involved the installation of site infrastructure, utilities, roadways, and supporting improvements necessary to accommodate the large-scale development. Careful coordination of these elements ensured efficient circulation, accessibility, and long-term functionality across the site.

Architecturally, the retail buildings were designed with a cohesive appearance featuring a blend of stone, EIFS, and sloped standing-seam roof canopies. Backlit architectural elements further enhance the visual identity of the development, creating an attractive and recognizable retail environment.

The result is a successful regional shopping center that combines quality site development, strong tenant diversity, and coordinated architectural design to create a vibrant commercial destination for the community.
