The Saunders Internship Program

Saunders provides college students with the opportunity to participate in either a three-month or six-month internship—offered year-round. We provide a variety of internship opportunities, including project engineering, preconstruction services and safety. Throughout the internship period, students are encouraged to perform many of the same duties as our salaried employees. Each intern is paired with a mentor for the duration of their internship. During the program, each student is asked to complete a set of pre-determined goals and objectives, reviews and follow-ups. In addition, each student participates in a midterm and final reviews with their mentor. During these reviews, students are encouraged to openly communicate with their mentor about skills they have developed and skills that they have not had direct exposure to but would like to learn.

We look for talented students and professionals who want to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and provide the highest level of service to projects, owners, architects and consultants.
