The Dairy Block is a mixed-use office, retail and hospitality development on the historic Denver Windsor Dairy Block in Lower Downton (LoDo). The project features 260,000 square feet of office space, a hotel, and a mix of restaurant, retail and lobby spaces on the ground floor.

This 26-acre urban infill project in Denver's Hale neighborhood had been vacant since the University Medical Center moved to the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora. Developed by Continuum Partners and CIM Group, Saunders performed the demolition and infrastructure work to enable development.
