7/S Denver Haus

7/S Denver Haus offers 115-unit studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The building has a lounge on the top floor, fitness center, yoga studio, bike storage and repair facility, electric car charging stations, dog spa and one level of below-grade parking and two levels of above-grade parking.

This 144,000-square-foot, eight-level building consists of three floors of cast-in-place concrete and six floors of panelized structural metal stud framing with slab on metal deck. This was one of the first buildings in Colorado to use the Infinity System pre-panelized metal structure. The project was constructed with very tight site logistics, with the site fence within 10-20 feet of the building on all sides.

LEED Silver Certification was achieved, with sustainable features such as NEST programmable thermostats, energy efficient appliances and low flow water fixtures.
