SWARCO Paint HVAC Upgrades

A planned manufacturing shutdown created a fixed construction window with no schedule flexibility, making on-time completion essential to SWARCO's business operations.

SWARCO Colorado Paint, LLC is a leading manufacturer of liquid road marking materials, supplying traffic paints, pavement marking systems and adhesives used on transportation infrastructure projects across the United States and abroad. Operating from its highly automated 17,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, SWARCO relies on safe, efficient production systems to consistently deliver quality products that support state departments of transportation and roadway improvement programs.

The project included upgrades to the facility’s exhaust and supply systems, installation of new ductwork supporting the dust collector system and specialized Nederman arms, and replacement of rooftop units and exhaust fans. With SWARCO planning a temporary shutdown of manufacturing operations to accommodate construction, the project carried a firm completion deadline and no schedule flexibility. Saunders worked closely with the client to meticulously plan and coordinate the work, ensuring all activities were executed efficiently during the limited outage window.

Through proactive communication and disciplined project management, the team delivered the upgrades on schedule, enabling SWARCO to resume production as planned and continue serving transportation agencies without disruption.
