The Martin is a multifamily community in Longmont, Colorado, offering a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences designed to support a variety of lifestyles within a walkable location near downtown.

Located just a few blocks from Main Street, the development combines contemporary apartment living with a robust amenity package that encourages connection, recreation, and convenience. Residences range from 459 to 1,351 square feet and are complemented by a clubhouse, resort-style pool, coworking spaces, dog park and wash station, bike repair and storage facilities, tuck-under and detached garages, and outdoor basketball and pickleball courts.

The development includes multiple four-story residential buildings, each approximately 58,000 square feet, along with a 24,000-square-foot clubhouse that serves as the social hub of the community. Outdoor amenities further enhance the resident experience, creating opportunities for wellness, recreation, and gathering.

Before vertical construction could begin, the project team addressed significant site preparation challenges resulting from the property’s previous use. Extensive demolition, abatement, and debris removal were required, along with comprehensive soil analysis and remediation efforts to prepare the site for redevelopment. These early efforts laid the foundation for a successful transformation of the property into a vibrant residential destination.
