The Martin Apartments

Located in Longmont, Colo., just east of Main Street, the Martin Apartments is set to be the newest multifamily community in the area.

Situated on a 7.6-acre site, the 200-unit complex will include four, four-story buildings comprised of studio, one, two and three-bedroom units. Site amenities include a pool and clubhouse, a co-working space, a dog wash, bike repair and storage, tuck-under and detached garages, and outdoor sports courts.

Due to the prior use of the project site, extensive demolition and abatement of existing structures and debris were required. This necessitated the soil to be thoroughly analyzed before the project could proceed with vertical construction. Saunders was selected as the construction manager/general contractor for the project in early 2023.
