Saunders Commercial Development Company (SCDC) developed Ten West Greeley Apartments, a multifamily community designed to offer residents a blend of convenience, modern amenities, and Colorado-inspired living.

Situated on a 10-acre site near the intersection of West 10th Street and 69th Avenue in Greeley, the development includes 264 apartment homes with open floor plans averaging 882 square feet. Offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, the community features contemporary finishes and a variety of living options to accommodate diverse resident needs.

Developed with a focus on sustainability and operational efficiency, the project participated in Xcel Energy’s Design Assistance Program for energy-efficient design. Residents enjoy a wide range of amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center, community clubhouse, resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit gathering areas that encourage connection and outdoor living. Construction of the community was completed by Shaw Construction.

Following strong market performance, early project completion, and extensive planning and market research by SCDC, Ten West was successfully sold in November 2021, demonstrating the value of a strategic development approach and strong market positioning.
