The name “Sequel” reflects this evolution, transforming a former family-owned crane and equipment yard into a modern residential destination. Designed with an industrial-inspired aesthetic that pays homage to the site’s roots, the wood-frame, garden-style community combines contemporary design with thoughtfully planned living spaces.

Completed in June 2023 by K2 Residential Solutions, the development delivers 203 luxury apartment homes and townhomes to the growing Englewood market.
