Prospect Plaza Redevelopment

This exciting redevelopment project is designed to enhance the student living experience for Colorado State University.

This 4.5-acre redevelopment will provide off-campus student housing to Colorado State University students with close proximity to campus, connecting with the academic spine along Lake Street. The scope of work includes abatement and demolition of the existing property, and construction of a multi-level complex that includes studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments.
