Read More →The data hall – a 3,300 square-feet of white space – will feature a hot-aisle containment system, 85 tons of cooling, 400 kW of UPS batteries and a 665 kW Generator backup. The mechanical halls feature floor mounted CRAC units as part of the floor mounted racks and hot-aisles cooling design. Each of these halls are built for future expansion and addition of CRAC units.
The generator yard encloses the air cooled condensing units, generators and fuel fill stations. The administration area provides two conference rooms and office space for workstations. There is a security vestibule and card-reader, keypad combination entry system for heightened access control.
All foundational and structural concrete walls were built by Saunders’ self-perform concrete team and completed in less than three months.
