Paradigm River North

A modern workplace designed to foster innovation, flexibility, and connection in the heart of RiNo.

Saunders completed Paradigm River North, an eight-story, 200,000-square-foot office building that brings contemporary workplace design to Denver’s vibrant River North (RiNo) neighborhood.

Located at the intersection of 34th Street and Walnut Street, the mixed-use development features modern office space, ground-floor retail and restaurant offerings, below-grade parking, and open-air balconies on every floor. Designed to inspire innovation, collaboration, productivity, and culture, the building provides a flexible environment that can adapt to the needs of a wide range of businesses.

The project emphasizes sustainability and occupant wellness through abundant outdoor space, high ceilings, and expansive windows that maximize natural light. Open, customizable floor plans further enhance flexibility and efficiency, creating a modern workplace experience tailored to today’s evolving workforce.

This project received LEED Gold Certification in 2025.
