DaVita Lobby Renovation

Reimagining a corporate headquarters lobby with modern finishes and enhanced gathering spaces.

Saunders completed the renovation of the Casa del Mundo lobby within DaVita’s World Headquarters in downtown Denver, transforming the occupied space into a refreshed, welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

The renovation featured new porcelain wall and floor tile, an extensive millwork package, and upgraded interior lighting to modernize the lobby’s appearance. To accommodate the new design, the project included selective demolition of existing partition walls, brick walls, flooring, drywall ceilings, and millwork, along with modifications to the building’s mechanical and plumbing systems.

The reimagined space now includes a new café and expanded lobby seating areas, creating a more functional and inviting destination within the headquarters.
