The Good Samaritan Comprehensive Cancer Center is a four-story, state-of-the-art medical facility located at the Good Samaritan Medical Center Campus.
A joint venture construction partnership between Shaw Construction and Saunders Construction delivered a new 126,000-square-foot hospital for Colorado West Healthcare Systems. Located in Grand Junction, the New Community Hospital was designed by Boulder Associates and features 44 private patient rooms in a four-story facility that opened for use in the spring of 2016.
This 551,000-square-foot state-of-the-art hospital was constructed via a joint venture relationship in approximately 26 months. Saunders continued to provide renovations and remodels in the facility to meet the growing demands of the hospital, completed while the facility remained open and operational.
The multi-phase expansion and relocation project at Longmont United Hospital responded to an increasing need for growth at the existing facility. This included a new Emergency Department Tower addition, expansion of the existing Central Utility Plant, and the relocation of the Loading Dock and material management building.
Designed by Brad Cloepfil of Allied Works Architecture, the 28,500-square-foot Clyfford Still Museum design reflects the institution’s mission to preserve, present and celebrate the work of this legendary American artist.
