The three-story, 170,982-square-foot NCAR-Wyoming Supercomputing Center (NWSC) is a high-performance scientific computing center in the atmospheric and related geosciences fields. The facility includes 16,000 square feet of Administration space, a 3,600-square-foot Network Operations Center, 2,300 square feet of Mass Media Storage, as well as a 100,000-square-foot Central Utility Plant.
Over 70% of the construction materials were reused on-site or recycled.
