Saunders completed Milo Luxury Residences, a multifamily community within the 9+CO redevelopment that brings a diverse mix of housing options and lifestyle-focused amenities to one of Denver’s most transformative urban districts.

Located on the former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center campus, the development is divided into two distinct residential components: a 340,000-square-foot apartment building featuring 302 luxury residences and a 21,000-square-foot microhome community offering 17 additional units. Together, these housing options provide flexibility for a variety of residents while contributing to the walkable, mixed-use character of the larger 9+CO neighborhood.

Designed with a focus on comfort, convenience, and community, Milo features high-end finishes and appliances throughout its residences. Amenities include coworking spaces, a resort-style outdoor pool, a fitness center, a pet spa, and a rooftop sundeck that offers residents opportunities to relax, socialize, and enjoy views of the surrounding area.

A pedestrian bridge connects the residential building directly to the adjacent parking garage, creating a seamless experience for residents while supporting the development’s integrated urban design. The completed community adds another dynamic residential destination to the growing 9+CO district.
