The Milo Luxury Residences is located on the 9+CO mixed-use redevelopment site of the former University of Colorado Health Center campus.

The Milo Luxury Residences is divided into two sections: a 340,000-square-foot section with 302 high-end apartment units, and a 21,000-square-foot, 17 unit microhome community. Milo features high-end finishes and appliances throughout and includes amenities like a co-working space, a resort-inspired outdoor pool, fitness center, pet-spa and a rooftop sundeck. A pedestrian bridge connects the building to the adjacent parking garage for ease of use for residents.
