The one-story, pre-cast concrete structure is designed to be F1 tornado and missile impact resistant.

The data hall – 3,300 square feet of white space – features a hot-aisle containment system, 85 tons of cooling, 400 kW of UPS batteries, and a 665 kW Generator backup. The mechanical halls feature floor-mounted CRAC units as part of the floor-mounted racks and hot-aisle cooling design. Each of these halls are built for future expansion and addition of CRAC units.

The generator yard encloses the air-cooled condensing units, generators and fuel fill stations. The administration area provides two conference rooms and office space for workstations. There is a security vestibule and card-reader, keypad combination entry system for heightened access control.

All foundational and structural concrete walls were built by Saunders’ self-perform concrete team and completed in less than three months.
