Colorado State University Indoor Practice Facility

This 63,190-square-foot indoor practice facility has a 70-yard indoor turf field and 1½ court indoor basketball/volleyball court. A four lane running track on the north end of the field is finished with an outdoor track surface. Additionally, the field can be split in half with the use of the center divider net that allows two sports to practice simultaneously. There is also a net for kicking field goals on the west end of the field and batting cages on the east for the softball team.

Saunders Construction added perforated metal panels to the inside of the building to hide all exposed structural steel. Other upgrades added with the owners savings were: custom polished concrete floor in the front lobby, upgraded office interiors, sandblasted Ram logo in entry and upgraded ceiling and lighting design. Exterior upgrades included large stucco/stone veneer columns on gymnasium and landscaping enhancements.
