Lone Tree Recreation Center

This 54,300-square-foot recreation center was completed in March 2004. Located within the South Suburban Recreation District at Lincoln Avenue and I-25, the facility includes a full-sized gymnasium, leisure pool, lap swim pool, water slide, multi-purpose area, stage, racquetball courts and aerobics room. The building also includes a 5,300-square-foot mezzanine used primarily as an indoor running track.

The Lone Tree Recreation Center structure is steel frame with load bearing structural masonry around the gymnasium. The exterior skin of the building includes masonry, exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) and storefront and curtain glazing systems.
