Read More →Established in 1926, Cheyenne & Laramie Beverage has built a reputation as Wyoming’s preferred beer wholesaler, supplying premium beverage brands to customers throughout the state. To support continued growth and operational efficiency, a new 49,046-square-foot distribution facility was developed to enhance warehousing, logistics, and administrative functions while positioning the company for future success.
The new facility was constructed as a pre-engineered metal building designed to meet the demands of a high-volume beverage distribution operation. The building combines office, warehouse, cooler, and loading functions into a single, efficient facility that streamlines operations and improves product handling capabilities.
Approximately 5,000 square feet of the building is dedicated to office and administrative space, providing a professional environment for management, sales, customer service, and operational support staff. These areas are integrated with the warehouse operations to improve communication and workflow throughout the facility.
The distribution center includes more than 44,000 square feet of storage and truck-loading space, allowing the company to efficiently receive, store, and distribute products across its service territory. The facility’s layout was designed to maximize inventory management, loading efficiency, and operational flexibility while accommodating the needs of a growing distribution network.
A 7,200-square-foot cooler provides temperature-controlled storage for products requiring refrigerated conditions, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the distribution process. This specialized space supports the company’s ability to handle a diverse portfolio of beverage products while meeting customer expectations for freshness and reliability.
The result is a modern distribution facility that strengthens Cheyenne & Laramie Beverage’s operational capabilities, supports statewide distribution efforts, and provides the infrastructure necessary to continue serving customers across Wyoming for years to come.
