Saunders completed a new three-story, 70,000-square-foot medical office building adjacent to the operational Castle Rock Adventist Hospital, helping meet the increasing healthcare demands of one of Colorado’s fastest-growing communities.

Designed to expand the hospital’s clinical capabilities, the facility includes two operating rooms, two shelled operating rooms for future growth, two procedure rooms, and 14 pre-operative holding rooms organized around dual nurse stations on the first floor. The building also provides dedicated space for medical oncology services, including radiation therapy, chemotherapy treatment, and outpatient clinic space for consultations with medical oncologists.

Supporting a holistic approach to patient care, the facility features a demonstration kitchen where patients can learn nutrition-focused cooking techniques and healthy meal preparation during treatment. A connecting corridor links the new building directly to the existing hospital, improving operational efficiency and patient access. The upper floors include tenant improvement space designed to accommodate a variety of healthcare providers and services, creating a comprehensive medical destination for the Castle Rock community.
