The first project created a dedicated Neuromodulation Suite offering Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments. Designed as a B-Occupancy Ambulatory Surgery Center and licensed by the state accordingly, the suite includes an ECT procedure room, two TMS treatment rooms, preparation and recovery bays, a nurse station, and supporting patient and staff spaces. The treatment area is separated from adjacent occupancies by one-hour fire-rated construction to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
The second project established a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) suite serving adults with primary mood and anxiety disorders. Licensed under Eating Recovery Center’s Psychiatric Hospital Campus at Lowry, the expanded program supports up to 16 participants in the Adult Mood and Anxiety Program. The space includes a welcoming lobby and waiting area, group meeting rooms, a dining room, art therapy room, patient restrooms, staff offices, and other support spaces designed to promote healing, engagement, and recovery.
Together, these projects expanded the center’s continuum of care, providing patients with access to advanced treatment options and supportive therapeutic environments.
