Built on a newly developed site without existing utility infrastructure, the project required extensive coordination with a separate contractor simultaneously delivering the master utility systems. Despite the logistical challenges of concurrent construction activities, the team successfully delivered two 80,000-square-foot industrial buildings totaling 160,000 square feet on an 8.5-acre site.
The development features tilt-up concrete construction with steel-framed roof structures and includes 101 parking spaces. Each building is comprised of 52 concrete panels measuring approximately 35 feet tall by 25 feet wide, which were erected using a 300-ton crawler crane. The project also involved more than 6,000 cubic yards of concrete across the building foundations and site improvements.
Completed within a one-year schedule, the development established critical industrial capacity in Castle Rock while demonstrating the team’s ability to navigate complex site logistics, large-scale concrete operations, and fast-paced project delivery.
