Read More →This 160,000-square-foot building was built concurrently with the master site utility developed by another contractor and was challenging in terms of site logistics. Between the buildings and site concrete, the site had over 6,000 cubic yards of concrete combined. The project consists of two 80,000-square-foot buildings on an 8.5 acre lot. The industrial building is 37 feet tall and has 101 parking stalls. The building is a concrete panel cast tilt-up building with steel frame roof. Each building consists of 52 panels, each measuring 35 feet tall and 25 feet wide and were tilted up with the help of a 300 ton crawler crane. The project value is approximately $15.6M and was built in a 1 year time frame.
