Situated at the northeast corner of the Broomfield Civic Center campus, the facility strengthens the city’s ability to deliver coordinated support services while complementing the surrounding civic environment.
The building houses numerous departments and programs, including Administration, Operations, Workforce Services, Self Sufficiency Programs, Public Health, and Family and Children’s Services. In addition, Mental Health Partners occupies space within the facility, expanding access to critical behavioral health resources and creating opportunities for greater collaboration among service providers.
Architecturally, the facility was designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing Civic Center campus, reinforcing a cohesive civic identity while providing a welcoming and professional environment for employees, partners, and community members.
Sustainability was a key consideration throughout the project, with the incorporation of numerous energy-efficient and environmentally responsible building systems and materials. Developed in the spirit of LEED certification, these features support long-term operational efficiency, reduced resource consumption, and a healthier indoor environment.
The result is a modern civic facility that enhances access to essential public services while supporting the health, well-being, and long-term needs of the Broomfield community.
