InnoVage Headquarters

Located in the Lowry neighborhood of Denver, this project provides InnoVage a 45,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art, three-story headquarters office building.

The project has achieved LEED Platinum Certification. The interior space is designed around flexibility in which there are shared office spaces, open offices and plenty of video conferencing. In addition, the facility provides a social hub, outdoor patio and collaborative workspaces.

The new headquarters consolidates four separate operations into one location providing for higher efficiency and savings in facility costs. The site master plan includes a new parking structure and a new senior housing facility.
