This 386,600-square-foot office building was constructed near the Millennium Bridge in Lower Downtown Denver. The office building provides tenants ample choices in public transportation due to its location adjacent to Union Station.
The project included a 17-story office tower, approximately 875 parking spaces in a six-story above grade parking garage, approximately 325 parking spaces in a one-level below grade parking structure beneath the entire site, and 24,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space.
This project has received LEED Gold Certification.
