Dale Schneider

Dale Schneider is a vice president and general manager of Saunders Construction, overseeing its Saunders Express business unit, which includes Healthcare Express Services, and Saunders’ wholly-owned concrete services business unit, Saunders Concrete Structures. Within this work program, Schneider provides strategic direction and continuous improvement for project procurement, planning and execution, and client experience for both business units.

In his tenure with Saunders, Schneider has served in many roles across the business including preconstruction, operations and concrete services. His collaborative, servant leadership approach has helped establish one of the region’s most respected preconstruction operations. Schneider has also supported many Saunders projects from conception, as well as fostered relationships within our organization and across the industry.

Schneider is a Colorado native, who graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Additionally, Schneider is a graduate of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) Future Leaders Forum Program and continues to participate in the professional organization. He has also been a member of Saunders’ employee-led Building Confidence in Kids (BCiK) program.
