As vice president, Graham Coddington focuses on strategic market opportunities, from inception to completion, ensuring successful project operations and a positive client experience. He provides oversight and strategic support for Saunders’ preconstruction department — one of the largest and most accomplished services teams of its kind in Colorado — and Saunders’ support services functions, including integrated technologies, surveying, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) coordination.
Additionally, Coddington supports Saunders Commercial Development as an extension of Saunders’ construction operations. This integration provides a seamless transition and a thoughtful approach to maximizing clients’ investments.
Coddington’s vast knowledge of industry trends is anchored in his more than 20 years of experience as a design-phase and preconstruction leader and as a registered Professional Engineer.
