The Weld RE4 School District Facility Assessment project included major renovations to a total of ten schools as well as the district administration offices in Windsor and Severance, Colo.
Due to the number of buildings and to limit school disturbance, construction was split over two years during the summer breaks. The scope of work included but was not limited to: playground upgrades, HVAC upgrades, complete lighting retrofit, new fire alarm systems, secure entries and complete re-roofs. Saunders was awarded the project through a construction manger/general contractor delivery method.
