Saunders North was selected in the fall of 2019 as the construction manger/general contractor for one block of the Thompson School District bond approved construction program.
Renovations were for all the feeder schools (Thompson Valley High School, Big Thompson Elementary, Namaqua Elementary, BF Kitchen Elementary, Walt Clark Middle School, Carrie Martin Elementary, and Sarah Milner Elementary) to the Thompson Valley High School. This program was slated to span three summers; however, our team was able to develop a plan with district personnel, subcontractors and the design team to complete all of the work during the summers of 2020 and 2021.
