Located near the entrance to the historic Stanley Hotel campus in Estes Park, the luxury boutique hotel combines refined accommodations, thoughtful design, and exceptional views to create a distinctive retreat for visitors to the Rocky Mountains.

The 44,000-square-foot, three-story facility features a structural steel and wood-frame construction system and was carefully designed to integrate with the character of the surrounding Stanley Hotel property. Offering upscale finishes, modern amenities, and sophisticated interiors, the building enhances the hospitality offerings of the campus while maintaining respect for the site’s historic significance.

Guests are welcomed by high-end décor and hospitality-focused amenities, while expansive windows and outdoor viewpoints provide sweeping 360-degree panoramas of Rocky Mountain National Park, Lake Estes, and the surrounding Stanley Hotel grounds. The design emphasizes both luxury and a strong connection to the natural beauty that defines the Estes Park experience.

The project was the result of an extensive 14-month design and planning process involving close collaboration among the owner, architect, engineers, and the Stanley Historic Design Board. This collaborative effort ensured that the final design fulfilled the owner’s vision while remaining compatible with the architectural character and historic context of the Stanley Hotel campus.

The result is a premier lodging destination that expands the Stanley Hotel’s hospitality offerings, delivers a high-end guest experience, and provides visitors with an exceptional place to enjoy the history, scenery, and charm of Estes Park.
