This 260,000-square-foot multifamily community brings modern residential living to Denver’s West Colfax corridor, ideally situated between downtown Denver and Sloan’s Lake.

Rising nine stories, the development features 196 apartment homes across four floor plans ranging from 523 to 1,118 square feet. Residents have access to a variety of thoughtfully designed amenities, including a multi-level rooftop deck with a plunge pool, indoor-outdoor lounges overlooking the Front Range and Denver skyline, collaborative coworking spaces, a community lounge with a kitchen, and a state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio. The building’s interior experience is further enhanced by 350 curated artworks selected by local, women-owned consultancy NINE dot ARTS.

Designed with resident well-being at its core, the project is pursuing Fitwel certification, recognizing its commitment to health, wellness, safety, and accessibility. The certification reflects a holistic approach to creating healthy environments for residents while also promoting positive impacts on the surrounding community.
