Saunders is completing the new multi-family residential community in Denver's Sloan's Lake neighborhood.
This new 260,000-square-foot multi-family residential community is located along West Colfax Avenue between downtown Denver and Sloan’s Lake. The 196-unit building, designed by Davis Partnership Architects, will feature thoughtfully selected and designed common areas, an attended lobby, an indoor/outdoor resident lounge, two rooftop terraces – one with a resort-style plunge pool – with expansive west-facing views, co-working spaces, and a fully-equipped fitness center with a yoga studio, pet spa and bike storage.
