The Vi Senior Living Community is a 24-acre life care campus in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, designed to provide residents with a seamless continuum of care within a vibrant, amenity-rich environment. Combining independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing services, the community offers residents the opportunity to maintain an active lifestyle while having access to personalized care as their needs evolve.

At the heart of the campus is a 464,000-square-foot Independent Living Building featuring 213 residential units distributed among three apartment wings. The facility also includes a two-story commons area with gathering spaces, three dining venues, a service kitchen, nurse stations, activity and living rooms, administrative offices, and underground parking. These amenities support an engaging and connected lifestyle while providing convenient access to services and community activities.

The campus’s 42,000-square-foot Care Center provides 52 private beds and accommodates three levels of care: assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing. Designed to promote comfort, dignity, and personalized care, the facility offers residents access to specialized healthcare services within a supportive residential setting.

Complementing these facilities are 38 private villas that offer independent living in one-story residences featuring one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Each villa includes a den, more than two bathrooms, a full basement, and an emergency call communication system linked directly to the Care Center, providing both independence and peace of mind.

Additional community amenities include walking trails, a fitness center, and an indoor swimming pool, creating opportunities for recreation, wellness, and social engagement. Together, these features make the Vi Senior Living Community a premier destination for senior living, combining exceptional residential experiences with comprehensive long-term care services.
