The three-story facility combines performing arts, visual arts, and classroom spaces under one roof, providing students with access to 2D and 3D art studios, photography studios, dance rooms, set-building areas, a broadcasting suite, band and music rooms, a recording studio, and a black-box theater. The building serves as a hub for creative exploration while supporting a broad range of academic and extracurricular programs.
At the heart of the facility is a 726-seat, two-story theater accompanied by spacious pre-function and intermission lobbies and concession areas. Designed to professional performance standards, the theater features a full fly tower with nearly 30 rigging lines, an orchestra pit and lift, catwalk systems, spotlight rooms, control rooms, and a variable drapery package. At the time of its completion, the venue ranked among the premier performance facilities in Colorado, providing students with an exceptional environment for learning, rehearsing, and performing.
This project received LEED Silver Certification in 2015
