Reunion Northfield Rehabilitation Hospital

Saunders completed a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation hospital that expands access to comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services for patients throughout the Denver metro area.

Located on a four-acre greenfield site at the intersection of Central Park Boulevard and Northfield Boulevard, the three-story, 48,000-square-foot facility was designed to provide advanced care for individuals recovering from debilitating illnesses and injuries. The hospital serves patients with conditions including stroke, brain injuries, and complex neurological and orthopedic disorders, with capacity to care for up to 40 patients at a time.

In addition to serving as the project’s general contractor, Saunders’ Concrete Services team performed all major concrete work, including foundations, stem walls, slab-on-grade, slabs on metal deck, and concrete slab depressions required to support and reinforce the building’s structural steel system. The completed facility provides a modern, patient-centered environment focused on rehabilitation, recovery, and improved quality of life.
