The state-of-the-art Wolf Law Building at the University of Colorado Boulder campus enhances the learning experience of CU law students

The 178,000-square-foot, five-story structure includes: 18 classrooms ranging in size from 20 to 100 seats, a law library, a 250-seat courtroom, a high-tech teaching courtroom, a moot courtroom, faculty offices, a cafe, a law center, administration offices, student program space, clinics, and registrar.

This project received multiple industry awards, including:

• 2006 ACE Merit Award for Construction Excellence from Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Colorado
• 2006 Silver Hard Hat Award for Outstanding Public Project from Colorado Construction Magazine
• LEED Gold Certification, 2006
