St. Paul Collection

255 St. Paul and 210 St. Paul, although two separate projects across the street from one another, make up the St. Paul Collection.

The apartment buildings each have two levels of underground parking and street-level retail spaces. 210 St. Paul is eight stories high, while 255 St. Paul, to meet Cherry Creek North’s strict height restrictions at this site’s location, stands seven stories on the south end and five stories on the north end.

The St. Paul Collection offers 165 one, two and three-bedroom apartments with 10-foot ceilings and top-of-the-line appliances and finishes. Units include built-in closet systems, heated bathroom floors, five-piece master bathrooms, custom-finish hardwood flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end appliances, and custom cabinets from the Czech Republic. Each unit is fully automated, allowing residents to control their lights, blinds, speakers and thermostats — all through a single app on their phone.

A rooftop oasis located on each building features a year-round heated pool and hot tub, fireplaces, private cabanas and an outdoor kitchen and grill — all with panoramic views. Aiding in the collection’s full lifestyle experience is a business center, resort-style health and wellness facility, 24-hour concierge services, a resident lounge with a commercial-grade kitchen and large outdoor terrace, a pet grooming facility and bike storage.

The project won the 2020 Merit Award, Residential/Hospitality from Engineering News-Record Mountain States.
