Saunders completed the tenant improvement buildout for Slack Technologies in the LEED Platinum 16 Chestnut building in downtown Denver.
The TI construction consisted of 80,000 square feet of Class A office space built across floors six and seven with an interconnecting stairway. The new space now includes private offices, conference rooms, flexible workspaces, game room, and cafe and coffee bar to provide flexible opportunities and make work life simpler.
As a leading global collaboration hub, Slack’s new office space required extensive collaboration with trade partners for the IT, network, security and AV design and installation to ensure the Slack team was up and running at project completion.
