Located near the intersection of Interstate 25 and Highway 34 in Loveland, the development offers strategic access to regional transportation networks and future business growth. The project’s first phase delivered a 100,000-square-foot core-and-shell warehouse designed to provide flexible occupancy options for future tenants and owners.
The scope included preparation of 88 acres of site infrastructure, installation of site utilities, and construction of the building using tilt-up concrete panels. Saunders also completed extensive civil and underground utility work, including storm, water, sewer, and electrical systems. Several utility structures were installed nearly 20 feet below grade, requiring careful coordination and execution to support the long-term development of the site.
