Chevron’s new, 29,000-square-foot Denver office features high end finishes and distinct design elements that express the company’s culture.

The fast-track project was awarded in August 2021, began construction in December 2021, and was completed four months later. The team relied on a collaborative relationship and open mindset between Saunders, Chevron, Acquilano Leslie and our trade partners.

Our team leaned on our trade partners for creative and collaborative workflows. Saunders led a trades coordination effort for all work on the project, and together, were able to shave off two weeks of the schedule – which equates to 10% of a four-month schedule.
