Saunders completed Chevron’s new 29,000-square-foot Denver office, creating a workplace that reflects the company’s culture through distinctive design elements and high-end interior finishes.

Delivered on a fast-track schedule, the project was awarded in August 2021, began construction in December 2021, and was completed just four months later. Success depended on a highly collaborative partnership among Chevron, Acquilano Leslie, Saunders, and the project’s trade partners, with all teams aligned around a shared commitment to speed, quality, and problem-solving.

Through proactive planning and an intensive trade coordination effort led by Saunders, the team developed creative workflows that streamlined construction and improved efficiency. These collaborative strategies ultimately reduced the schedule by two weeks — representing a 10% savings on the project’s already compressed four-month timeline — while maintaining the design vision and quality expectations for the new office space.
