This exciting redevelopment project is designed to enhance the student living experience for Colorado State University....
Read More →Developed through a partnership between Tetrad Real Estate, the City of Fort Collins, Timberline Church, Colorado State University, and Saunders Construction, this 140,000-square-foot residential community was created to address the growing need for affordable and attainable housing in Northern Colorado. The seven-building development includes 180 apartment units designed to provide greater housing accessibility in a market challenged by rapid population growth and rising home prices.
A key feature of the project is its commitment to workforce housing. Sixty units — approximately 30% of the development — were designated as affordable and attainable housing and prioritized for Colorado State University employees, helping local workers remain connected to the community they serve. The remaining units were offered at market rates, creating a diverse residential community.
Residents began moving into the development in January 2024 through a phased occupancy process as individual buildings reached completion. By combining public, private, and institutional partnerships, the project serves as a model for addressing housing affordability challenges while supporting the long-term growth and vitality of Fort Collins.
