Guided by a vision of advancing education, innovation, and the future of engineering, the improvements enhance both the campus experience and the building’s long-term functionality.
The project focused on revitalizing interior common areas, landscaping, and site amenities, along with repairing and upgrading site concrete and heavily used circulation zones. New art installations featuring inspirational quotes from Walter Scott Jr. were incorporated throughout the project, reinforcing the building’s identity and celebrating the values of innovation, leadership, and lifelong learning.
Construction was strategically scheduled during the summer months and completed before the start of the academic year, allowing students to return to a refreshed and modernized environment without disruption to their studies. Delivered in partnership with Colorado State University and Tetrad Real Estate, the project reflects a shared commitment to creating spaces that support learning, collaboration, and future generations of engineers.
