Colorado State University Walter Scott Jr. College of Engineering

This project had one simple goal — to create a better world for future generations through education, innovation and infrastructure that reflects the future of engineering.

The renovation focused on upgrading the interior common spaces, landscaping, and site amenities, as well as site concrete and high-traffic circulation zones that have worn down over time. Several new art installations, featuring inspirational quotes from donor Walter Scott Jr., were added to further enhance the student experience and reflect the building’s namesake.

Work occurred over the summer months and was completed by mid-August, ensuring that students return to a refreshed, modern environment without interrupting their learning.

The project was delivered in partnership with the ownership team: CSU and Tetrad Real Estate (Tetrad).
