Pindustry transformed an existing strip mall in Centennial, Colorado, into a vibrant entertainment venue that combines dining, recreation, and live entertainment under one roof. Through a comprehensive renovation and rooftop expansion, the project reimagined the property as a dynamic destination where guests can gather, play, and experience a unique blend of Colorado-inspired hospitality and entertainment.

From the moment visitors enter, the design creates an immediate sense of energy and openness. The expansive interior combines the excitement of a modern entertainment venue with distinctive architectural elements that give the space its own identity. Features such as a dramatic gothic chandelier, warm wood accents, and subway tile finishes create a memorable atmosphere that sets the venue apart while reinforcing its local character.

The facility offers a wide range of attractions designed to appeal to guests of all ages. Entertainment amenities include vintage arcade games, duckpin and traditional bowling lanes, and multiple stages that accommodate live music and special events. Complementing the recreation offerings are gourmet food options and craft cocktails that elevate the overall guest experience.

A standout feature of the project is the rooftop beer garden, which expands the venue’s capacity and provides an inviting outdoor gathering space. The rooftop incorporates a striking combination of glass and metal architectural elements, creating a visually distinctive environment where guests can enjoy views, entertainment, and social experiences throughout the year.

Construction presented unique challenges due to the project’s location adjacent to active businesses and residential apartments. Extensive coordination and proactive communication were required throughout the renovation to minimize impacts on neighboring tenants and maintain positive community relationships.

Adding to the complexity, construction began during the height of the coronavirus pandemic. Despite unprecedented market conditions and supply chain challenges, the project team successfully delivered the venue on schedule, allowing the owner to open as planned.
