Riverview at 1700 Platte is a 243,000-square-foot Class A office development located along the western edge of the South Platte River in one of Denver’s most sought-after urban neighborhoods. Developed for multi-tenant occupancy, the project transformed one of the last available development parcels in the area into a modern workplace destination that celebrates both the history and future of the surrounding district.

Developed by Trammell Crow Company and designed by Tryba Architects, the project consists of two interconnected office buildings — a five-story north wing and a four-story south wing — linked by a central glass connector. The architectural design responds to its context by blending historic and contemporary elements. Along the street-facing western elevation, the building reflects the character of the neighborhood through a traditional red brick façade and punched-window design. In contrast, the eastern elevation features a dramatic glass curtain wall that maximizes views of the Denver skyline and the South Platte River corridor.

The building was designed to prioritize occupant wellness, daylight access, and connections to the outdoors. Generous floor-to-floor heights, expansive glazing, and thoughtfully planned office layouts provide abundant natural light throughout the workspace. Outdoor amenities include a rooftop patio, five riverside balconies, and an elevated second-floor courtyard garden that offer opportunities for relaxation, collaboration, and connection to the surrounding environment.

Additional amenities include a fitness center and two levels of below-grade parking, supporting tenant convenience while preserving the pedestrian-friendly character of the site.
