Saunders Headquarters

Saunders Development, a newly formed extension of Saunders, is the developer for the company’s new headquarters. The project is located within the Inverness Business Park on a 6-acre site. With Saunders taking up about half the site for a roughly 36,000-square-foot building, the remainder of site has plenty of capacity to add a second build-to-suit office available for lease to one company or a handful of businesses.

The new headquarters’ design takes a cue from Saunders’ corporate culture and services. The facility incorporates numerous sustainable features such as repurposed materials from other construction projects. In addition, the facility design will promote employee health and wellness from active stairs, ample outdoor working spaces and an on-site workout facility.

Lastly, the facility honors Saunders’ roots in general contracting by incorporating a significant, bisecting architectural concrete structure.
