The Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies (OCR) Greeley Clinic is a 46,934-square-foot, state-of-the-art healthcare facility designed to meet the increasing demand for orthopedic, spine, and physical therapy services across Northern Colorado. The new clinic expands OCR’s ability to serve a growing regional patient population while providing a modern environment focused on patient care, recovery, and wellness.

Saunders Construction was selected through a negotiated CM/GC process to deliver the ground-up facility. Construction began in January 2023 and was originally scheduled for completion in May 2024. Through proactive planning and collaboration with the project team, the clinic was delivered two months ahead of schedule and under budget.

The completed facility provides expanded clinical and physical therapy services, allowing OCR to enhance patient access to specialized care while supporting the organization’s continued growth throughout the region.
