The new clinic integrates women’s healthcare with counseling and other social support services for the community. Aesthetically, the space provides a comfortable environment for expectant moms to receive care and support.
The scope of work of this project includes the complete interior gut and remodel for this single story, 3,600-square-foot, stand-alone, brick building. The building was previously used by Colorado State University and Saint John 23rd parish as an events space. The renovation scope includes demolition, reconfiguration and tenant finish of the interior space to accommodate the new clinic operation, including the installation of a new HVAC system, new lighting systems, new walls and doors and the updating of all flooring, ceiling, and paint finishes; and the reconfiguration/relocation of bathrooms and kitchen/break room facilities. There are also exterior improvements including the replacement of all existing windows, a roof replacement, landscape improvements, and new exterior accent siding and brick sealant.
