Read More →The Intermountain Health Lutheran Medical Center Medical Office Building (MOB) is a five-story, 138,000-square-foot facility designed to support the replacement Lutheran Medical Center campus in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Developed by NexCore Group and designed by Davis Partnership Architects, the MOB will serve as a centralized destination for healthcare services, expanding access to care in one of the Denver metro area’s fastest-growing markets.
As part of Intermountain Health’s larger campus replacement initiative, the medical office building is located approximately 3.5 miles from the existing hospital and will be connected to the new hospital parking garage via a pedestrian footbridge. Together with the replacement hospital and parking structure, the MOB creates an integrated healthcare campus that prioritizes convenience for patients and providers alike.
Saunders Construction broke ground on the project in May 2023. The building is designed to accommodate a diverse range of medical specialties, with 12 confirmed tenants and additional lease space available. Because the replacement hospital is scheduled to open just weeks before the MOB, maintaining the project schedule was essential to ensuring a seamless transition of services and uninterrupted patient care.
